Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 pounds tenderloin, trimmed
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
1. Prep the Tenderloin: Start by brushing the tenderloin generously with olive oil. Then, season all sides with salt and pepper for enhanced flavor.
2. Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure it's hot enough to give your meat a good sear.
