VACANCY: BUSINESS MANAGER
Knighthood Marketing is a multi-dimensional consulting firm that encompasses; Business Consulting,Secretarial Services, Accounting & Tax, Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Printing & Signage, Financial Services, PR & Events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion
* Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
* Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
* Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
* Plan, organize and manage business projects for clients
* Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
* Responsible for the formulation, implementation and maintenance of the compliance function
* Ensures the implementation of requirements arising out of new and amended regulatory and supervisory items are communicated and implemented on time
* Builds relations and liaises with external stakeholders, regulators and/or supervisory bodies
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
* Diploma or Degree in Business Management or any related field
* COP longterm or short-term insurance; added advantage
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
* 2 years experience in business administration and middle managerial roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commitment to customer service
