We began with a si
mple mission: to grow the freshest vegetables and herbs for My Farmhouse Kitchens' savoury kitchens, and to build a local value chain that feeds families and empowers farmers. What started as a small nursery quickly became a destination where visitors could see, taste, and take home real food—straight from the garden. By August 2020, we began offering seedlings to home gardeners and commercial growers. A year later, we expanded to four times our original greenhouse capacity and now grow up to 160,000 pesticide-free vegetable, herb, and fruit seedlings—produced in eco-friendly environments with high success rates. We created **The Urban Farmer Learning Centre** to equip new and part-time farmers with practical skills to grow food regeneratively—improving soils, strengthening communities, and restoring climate balance across Southern Botswana.
