Your gate opens halfway, struggles, grinds… then stops. You click WhatsApp. What happens next?
📲 Step 1 — Tell us the story of the fault.
When did it start?
Does it happen every time?
Does the motor make a noise?
Has the battery already been changed?
Does the gate move freely?
You don’t have to diagnose it yourself.
🎥 Step 2 — Show us how the gate behaves.
We may ask you to send a short video showing the gate starting, moving and stopping, together with photos of the motor, track and any visible problem.
📞 Step 3 — We take you through a remote diagnostic call.
We separate the symptom from the probable fault.
A gate that stops halfway does not automatically mean “bad battery.”
The fault direction could involve:
battery or power supply → controls → motor → gearbox → rack → rollers → alignment → track resistance.
We use the behaviour of the gate to narrow down where the investigation should go.
📄 Step 4 — You receive a written Gate Motor Technical Diagnostic Report.
It tells you:
• the probable mechanical or electrical fault
• the operating risk
• what you should not force or repeatedly operate
• whether isolation may be required
• what the technician needs to inspect
• what needs to be tested next
• the recommended corrective direction
🔧 Step 5 — Then the physical repair can target the actual problem.
So you don't keep replacing batteries while a tight gate, damaged gearbox, motor problem or another fault continues underneath.
We don't start with “Which part should we change?”
We start with:
“Why is the gate behaving like this?”

Remote diagnosis establishes a probable fault direction. Final confirmation of mechanical or electrical faults may require physical inspection and testing
