Another kitchen renovation wrapped up last week! The custom lighting layout turned out great, complete with dimmable accent lighting in the cabinets 💡

Check out this ensuite bathroom from our Maple Ridge renovation! Complete with all the features you could want in an ensuite, we installed:

In floor heating ☑️
Hardwired towel warmer ☑️
Fixtures for his & hers vanities ☑️
Chandelier over a floating bathtub (GFCI protected)☑️
Power for a bidet ☑️

All lighting is controlled independently with dimming to give the homeowner flexibility to light up the space however they like 💡

Clean install to wrap up the week! We installed a new DCC load management system for a homeflex EV charger, plus some new wiring for an existing heat pump! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
