We have a variety of residential renovation, restoration, and exterior projects coming up throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work.

What we do:
🔹 Interior Finish Carpentry (Baseboards, Casings & Doors)
🔹 Exterior Finish Carpentry
🔹 Deck Construction
🔹 Fence Construction
🔹 Structural & Non-Structural Framing
🔹 Restoration & Insurance Repairs
🔹 General Renovations

Pay: $20–$35 per hour, depending on your experience and the role.

We're looking for people who are:

In Surrey, BC, we recently completed an exterior door replacement after the existing door had been damaged during a break-in. The previous repair wasn't enough to properly secure the entrance, so the property owner needed a long-term solution they could rely on.

When we arrived, we removed and disposed of the damaged exterior door and jamb before installing a brand-new door system. We also installed a new peephole, new unit lettering, and carefully milled the frame to accommodate the property's specialized locking hardware, ensuring everything fit properly and operated as intended.

At the end of the day, the property was once again secure, functional, and ready for the residents.

We recently had the opportunity to help a homeowner in Chilliwack with a small project that made a huge difference.

Over the years, their shed had settled, causing the existing door to sag, drag on the ground, and leave large gaps that made it difficult to open and close. The homeowner wanted a solution that looked great while staying within a reasonable budget.

After discussing a few design ideas, we found a door style they loved and brought that vision to life. Using quality SPF lumber, we custom-built a brand-new shed door specifically for their existing opening. The result was a beautiful, functional door that fits properly, operates smoothly, and completely transformed the look of the shed.

At DPAL Construction, we believe that building isn't just about homes—it's about building stronger communities.

Recently, we had the privilege of working with Macmillan Elementary School, helping install posts for their new outdoor community libraries. Being able to give back reminded us why we love what we do, and we'd like to do even more.

So here's what we're doing.

We're giving away 4 hours of labour to one individual or family between Surrey and Chilliwack who has been putting off a project they'd love to get done.

Whether it's a fence repair, installing an interior or exterior door, finishing carpentry, trim work, a small deck repair, or another carpentry project, we'd love to hear about it.
