Did you know that all of our homes are constructed to Energy code 9.36 under the performance modeling guideline. In your McKee Home, this means your home gets computer modeled prior to permit stage to confirm what the air changes per hour will be and where it should be for overall energy efficiency. Your home is tested for air leaks using a “blower door test” by a Professional Energy Auditor.

When completed, you will receive Energuide and Built Green ratings for your home which can be used to apply for CMHC fee credits!
