After 23 long years, we're finally giving our kitchen a facelift and have narrowed it down to two paint options for the cabinets - because adulting is hard, but choosing paint colors doesn't have to be. We're torn between a stunning sage and a beige that screams 'I have great taste, but I'm also basic.' Can you help us weigh the pros and cons of each option?

It was time to breathe new life into our home. The old saying goes, 'Happy wife, happy life.' By removing the double closet that wasn't being utilized, we gained some valuable square footage. The front door was changed, adding a beautiful aesthetic and, more importantly, it won't freeze shut on those cold Alberta days. To warm up the entry, we added new flooring and decided to color-drench the ceiling. Next step is to add the new mirror and make the shelf/coat rack and add some other little touches to pull it all together. But until then, here are a few photos from the process.
