Guess what these little red and white pieces do, then read on for the answer. 🔎🤔

Spotted on one of our bathroom renovations in progress.

They are tile levelling clips.
The clip sits under the edges of two tiles.
The wedge slides through it and presses both edges to the same height.
Once the tile sets, they come off.

The result: flat, even edges, with no raised lips on big tiles like these.

Remember all that floor protection? Here's what it was protecting. 🚧

This bathroom is a work in progress.
We took it down to the subfloor, and now the big marble look tile is going in.
Levelling clips on every edge, and a stone bench taking shape in the shower.
