Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual (Based on Experience)
Pay: $20–$35 per hour (Based on experience and skill)

What You'll Be Doing
Concrete grinding and surface preparation
Installation of epoxy, urethane cement, polyaspartic, and decorative flake flooring systems
Crack repairs and substrate preparation
Operating professional flooring equipment
Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites
Working alongside a professional installation team
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience installing epoxy flooring is required
✔ Strong surface preparation and grinding experience
✔ Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
✔ Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
✔ Team player who communicates well
✔ Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
✔ Able to work long hours when project schedules require it
✔ Comfortable working on commercial and industrial job sites
✔ Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
