The garlic harvest is officially in! 🧄🧄🧄🧄🧄
5400!!!

My heart is full of gratitude for my amazing kids and everyone who came out to lend a hand. Harvest season is always a big job, and I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you! 🌿

Now it's time for the garlic to cure. It will be ready in about 2 weeks!

I'm also excited to share that I've added some beautiful new flower varieties to decorate this year's signature garlic braids. I can't wait to show you—they're going to be stunning! 🌸✨

Its that time of year folks, fresh garlic scapes are ready to be harvested.
Not only does removing scapes (garlic flowers) direct more energy to the plant for bigger bulbs, they are also delicious.
Ill be making scape relish, finishing salt and pickling them.

Our giant cabbage weighed in at a whopping 14 lbs — definitely heavier than a newborn baby! 👶➡️🥬
