Roof leaks due to this inclement weather is going to be an issue. Ice damming will occur as the freeze thaw cycle occurs. Digging out the snow bank lots of ice is seen and has potential to damage the underside of the ceiling inside the home. Water accumulation can also happen when water follows the inside wall and onto the basement.

Acquired a new sewer camera for septic inspections. If the outlet pipe is accessible its a great tool to see the effluent flow. Already a few systems had problems with the original installations.
