Framing is starting to take shape!

This is THE key stage of any project. Product selection and ex*****on are vital parts of the overall finished product. By using open-web floor trusses, we are able to hide mechanical materials up in the floor and avoid bulkheads in the basement. We also use insulated structural wall sheathing in all our builds to maximize R-values and keep our HVAC systems running optimally.

Foundation complete!

Nobody wants a wet basement. Proper drainage and waterproofing around the foundation will give you peace of mind and protection from water infiltration for the life of the home.

Using the wrong material to backfill your house can lead to poor drainage or damage to the membrane on the outside from rocks and frost heaving. We use clean sand fill against all our foundations to provide optimal drainage and a soft cushion against the wall. The result is a warm, dry basement for our clients to enjoy.
