Here at the Nu-tech factory in Arnprior, we did a little remodelling removing and installing 2 new vanities, taking out the old carpet in the meeting room, and running conduit to have a plug in the floor to remove extension cords that ran to underneath the table, and ending it with this beautiful LVP flooring. This will make for an easy to clean surface, lasting a long time to come.

This urbanix soffit really changed the look of this home, along with the commercial brown facia it really made it pop. Next up is some Eavestrough with alurex gutter guard and snow stop for added protection against ice and snow.

On this home, we will be replacing the soffit with urbanix in the colour harvest cedar and commercial brown fascia and eavestrough. Along with these upgrades, we’re repairing some roof sheeting and adding a proper flashing to ensure it’s water tight

Using Hardy board for fascia ? Think again !

This product may look good, but like most products, it has its purpose.. With all the water that comes off, the eaves deteriorated the paint, exposing the cement board underneath. In return, it soaks up the moisture causing it to fall apart and rotting the wooden facia behind.

This customer decided it was time to make a change that will last a life time and more importantly, prevents this situation from happening ever again.
