🛠️ Why We Don’t Give “Rough Estimates” — And Why That’s Actually a Good Thing! 😄

We know, we know… it would be so convenient if renovations came with a universal price chart.
“Bathroom remodel: $$.”
“New deck: $$$.”
“Kitchen facelift: depends how brave we feel today.” 😂

But every home has its quirks — and that’s what makes it your home!

Some walls are straight… some are “artistically curved.”
Some floors are level… some have “character.”
And sometimes we discover surprises like hidden pipes, mystery wiring, or a support beam that definitely wasn’t in the original plan. 👀

Giving a “rough estimate” without seeing the space is like guessing the cost of groceries without knowing what’s in the cart. 🛒

We want to give accurate, honest, and no-surprise pricing — and that starts with seeing the project in person.
