Removal and installation of bottom, few courses of brick around home. Prior to this, new plywood and waterproof membrane needed to be installed due to the existing waterproofing being completely deteriorated, creating wood rot and ultimately allowing water entry. The water entry that accumulated towards the foundation created a vertical foundation crack. After restoration of the exterior, the interior foundation crack was then prepped, injected and finished.

Water entry is no joke. Take care of existing issues before they become more extensive. Check for damaged or deteriorated Brick or mortar, check if downspouts are properly playing their role, make sure your grading slopes away from your home.
