Position Overview
We are looking for an aspiring candidate to join our team as an Arborist Assistant. At Lakeside, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team, participate in team building events and training and to apply your skill set to deliver exceptional client service and craftsmanship.

Qualifications Required
Arboriculture experience preferred
Chainsaw experience preferred
Jobsite setup, debris removal, cleanup and equipment maintenance
Ability to operate / learn equipment - chainsaws, hedgers, chipper, trailer, stump grinder
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to work safely as part of a team
Abide by industry safety policies and procedures.
Willingness to learn
Proactive individual with positive attitude and desire to be an Arborist

Primary Job Duties
Able to perform ground support operations such as, but not limited to cutting, brush management and chipping, site clean up, leaving site as it was when you arrived.
Ensures end of day tasks are completed, (vehicles cleaned, washed, plugged in, equipment inspected, saws sharpened)
