RDF doesn’t scary us!! However, if the heavy rains continue we will have the event inside the Bay Bulls Regional Lifestyle Centre. Businesses can set up their displays in the gym. The larger displays can still set up in the parking lot for potential photo opportunities.

🎃 TRUNK OR TREAT EVENT DETAILS 🎃

We are getting excited for our fun, spooktacular evening! Trunk or Treat is taking place this coming Saturday, October 28th at 6pm at the Bay Bulls Regional Lifestyle Centre.

The BBBAA will be hosting a Haunted House inside the BBRLC.

We've attached a parking lot plan. Please pay attention to designated parking areas to ensure the safety of our little ones (reverse parking only please). We also have a designated route along the "trunks" so everyone will get to visit each one in order and take advantage of some photo opportunities along the way.

JJL Electrical Ltd is actively seeking 1, possibly 2 (1st or 2nd Year) Electrical Apprentice. We do an assortment of residential and commercial projects. We work closely with clients to give them what they want! We are looking for someone to join our team and enhance our clients experience with us.

Duties include:
* Ensuring and monitoring safety in the workplace by identifying and addressing hazards, participating in improving safety and ensuring all reporting requirements are completed.
* Reading and interpreting drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations.
* Running wires in walls, floors and ceilings.
* Diagnosing electrical problems of motors and drives (Soft Starters and protective relays).
* Installing electrical boxes, switches and receptacles.
* Installing brackets and hangers to support electrical equipment.
* Installing lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment.
* Splicing, joining and connecting wire to fixtures and components to form circuits.
* Testing continuity of circuits using test equipment to ensure compatibility and safety of system, following installation, replacement or repair.
* Troubleshooting and isolating faults in electrical systems and remove and replace faulty components.
* Connecting electrical power to audio and visual communication equipment, signaling devices and heating and cooling systems.
* Conducting preventive maintenance programs and keeping maintenance records.
* All other duties as may be assigned from time to time
* Working at heights and in small spaces
* Lifting 50 lbs

Experience:
* Cleaning up debris and materials at the end of projects
* Attention to detail is key. We expect a very high-quality finish on all our projects.
* Organizational skills. Keeping areas and tools neat and organized throughout the project
* Customer service skills. Possibility of dealing with clients on a day to day basis
* Clean certificate of conduct required
* Drivers Abstract necessary if driving company vehicles.
* Electrician certificate required.

Expectations:
* Wages based on experience
* Overtime when necessary
* Must have own transportation to and from worksites
* Be prepared that some work may be physically demanding
