The final finishes, including trim, lighting, flooring, and cabinetry, is one of the most rewarding stages of the build as each space starts to feel like home.

Did you know? Modular homes are completed to a high level before leaving our facility, helping reduce on site construction time while maintaining quality every step of the way.

Next up is final preparation before these units begin their journey to their new community.

What an amazing day in Barren Lands First Nation! 🤗

Yesterday was the grand opening of the Barren Lands First Nation Grocery Store! This 12-modular unit facility includes a grocery store, deli, food preparation area, and pharmacy, bringing increased access to essential services right into the community while also supporting local jobs, economic development, and long-term self-sufficiency.

We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of this work and to see it come to life alongside the community. The pride and excitement yesterday said everything! ✨

A big thank you to Chief Sewap and Council for their leadership, vision, and continued commitment to building opportunities for the Nation. It’s been an honour to be involved in these milestones.

Congratulations, Barren Lands First Nation, such a special, beautiful community to work for and celebrate alongside.

June is National Indigenous History Month, and today marked National Indigenous Peoples Day! 💫 It is a meaningful time to pause, reflect, and celebrate the strength and beauty of Indigenous cultures.

Bison Modular is proudly 100% Indigenous-owned, and so grateful for the opportunity to work in Indigenous communities across Canada. Being welcomed into these spaces is something we’re truly thankful for!
