I was asked by a client on Tuesday.. “do you think you can build me a wedding arch by the end of the week?”
⏳🤯 And of course I said… I DO !!!

Built just like the mini model in less then 3 days. Most important aspects is the arch structure was designed to be built on site and deconstructed with NO tools. Four pieces or sections in total that all plug together. Easy to transport and move from one venue to the next 👌🏼

Major before and after images of my own basement bathroom renovation. I’ve been tackling this project on my own in between clients.  I ripped out an old fiberglass shower so I coul convert the back wall into a closet during a time I needed more storage.

Obstacles; Pipes coming out of the wall and avoiding my furnace duct was my only obstacles to overcome. I reframed a brand new wall, ran my electrical, drywalled, red sealed the shower walls, and painted over a few months time.

Big shouts ; My tile installer (Matt Gaffan) for such a beautiful flawless tile install. You killed it again with these massive 48”x24” tiles!!

Rain shower head and all plumbing services was completed by Dave at Lakeshore plumbing and Eel.. definitely the best Plumber around!

Product sourcing;
Shower base and Tiles were purchased off of Wayfair.
 Vanity and bluetooth mirror were suplied by The bath depot (the only change I would make would be getting an anti-fog option, however, the size of mirror did not offer that feature)
 the next step is ordering my shower door or glass panel, I’m still undecided 🤷🏻‍♀️

A Past Painting project over at the Hunter Express building. The yellow colour was requested by the client .. Working around that (and changing it to a less brighter yellow even though a few pictures show otherwise) and choosing a palette of multiple colours to compliment an open office space and 30 people all at once, for me, was a simple task!
This space is much more inviting now.

Making the best decisions for my clients saves them time and money. By choosing a bonding agent on top of the old tile, the new tiles were installed directly over old tile. This process allowed the job to commence a lot quicker and demo free (especially removing glass tile)

Clients are happy with the advice and are definitely thrilled with the final outcome!
