Renew Home Solutions is a growing general contracting company based in Belle River, Ontario, proudly serving clients throughout Windsor-Essex County. We are looking to add motivated, reliable team members to our crew immediately.
Current Openings:
🔨 General Labourer
🔨 Lead Hand
Position Details:
✔ Full-Time Employment
✔ Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
✔ Some Saturdays may be required
✔ Competitive wages: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience
✔ Immediate start available
Requirements:
✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Reliable transportation to and from our Belle River shop each day
✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✅ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Punctual and dependable
✅ Experience in construction, renovations, carpentry, concrete, fencing, decks, or outdoor living projects is considered an asset
Lead Hand Candidates Should Also Have:
✔ Previous construction experience
✔ Ability to lead and coordinate a crew on-site
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to read plans and manage project timelines
