Good evening everyone,

We hope you’re all doing well. We’re excited to announce that our company name has officially changed from Dukes Groundskeeping Inc. to Dukes Grounds Care Inc. This change is effective immediately, and going forward, we will operate under our new corporate name.

What does this mean for you?

All of our corporate structure, banking and billing information remains the same—only our name has changed.

Why the change?

We wanted to align our branding more closely with our tree care division, Goodreau Tree Care. The word “Care” is at the heart of what we do:

• We care for your trees.

• We care for your grounds.

• We care about your snow and ice management.

This update reflects our commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality care across all of our services.

Attached, you’ll find our updated company logo, which now aligns with our tree care division. This rebranding will help us offer our clients and vendors a more seamless and unified experience, whether they’re using our grounds care or tree care services.

One of my favorite times of the year! The sun is shining, the air is warming up, and nature is starting to wake. Tree buds are swelling, lawns are beginning to green, and this week looks like the best one yet—temperatures reaching the 50s and 60s with plenty of sunshine to help dry things up after the muddy stretch.
