We got called in to repair this chimney after previous Masonry company smeared tar all over the brick cap!

Not even a proper concrete cap or precast cap with drip edge was used just bricked across & tared.

Our masons completed the following:

- ✅ Removed old damaged brick cap & tar.
- ✅ Formed & poured new sill.
- ✅ Cleaned roof.
- ✅ Brush finish cap.
- ✅ Weather sealed.

Some jobs may be smaller then others, but just as important as the big jobs!

This was a small parging project in consecon that was in dire need to be repaired to protect the foundation from our Canadian elements.

Crew 2 is wrapping up another 💦Foundation Waterproofing project ⛈️
Our professional & skilled masons have completed Waterproofing this foundation in Trenton Ontario.

Our masons completed the following services on this project:

- ✔️ Excavation to footings.
- ✔️ Old clay weeping tile removed (severely damaged, clogged and holding water which contributed to this homes foundation flooding the basement.
- ✔️ Foundation cracks & damaged blocks repaired.
- ✔️ Coat of cement parged to foundation.
- ✔️ Foundation Tar applied.
- ✔️ Blue skin wrap installed down past footing
- ✔️ Dimple wrap installed & overlapped past footing.
- ✔️ Window wells installed.
- ✔️ Weeping tile with sock drainage system with sump pump.
- ✔️ 3 quarter inch stone over weeping tile for drainage.

- Grading - top soil & grass seed near completion. ✔️

Parging project for some fantastic customers in Trenton is now complete ✅

Our skilled masons removed old fake plastic stone siding & rotted plywood to access the foundation to find out it's severely damaged and needed repairs before parging.

Our masons on crew #2 completed the following services:

- ✅ Removed plastic stone siding.
- ✅ Removed rotted plywood.
- ✅ Jack hammer chipper to remove old damaged parging.
- ✅ Cleaned foundation before parging.
- ✅ Parged with dye to customers choice of colour.
- ✅ Applied weather sealant.

We got called in to repair these damaged steps after numerous masons failed attempts, we removed all damaged and lose areas, formed & poured new where deep crevasses were! Galvanized lath was installed before repairing all damaged area's.

Our masons provided the following services:

✔️Removed all damaged and lose debris/concrete steps.
✔️Railing sanded & freshly painted.
✔️Formed & poured concrete where needed.
✔️Diamond galvanized metal lath installed before repairing.
✔️ Built planter box with top soil & new plants this was a surprise for our elder customers just something quick we wanted to do for them free of charge!
✔️ Fully weather sealed.

Our company decided to go above & beyond for our great elderly customers at this church & the least we could do was free of charge suprise them with a new planter box with fresh top soil and plants 🌵 🌺

We would like to give a BIG thank you to Karen at Cofield Home Inspection for another project! we greatly appreciate it thank you.

We were called in to repair this severely damaged block foundation that had numerous shifting block falling in-wards on two walls, severe bowing & shifting approximately 4-6 inches off the footing & in certain areas almost completely off the footing. No rebar, block cells not filled solid, no block lock, no wall ties have all all contributed to the failure of this block foundation!

This project consisted of the following & is in progress but near completion ✔️ Our masons have completed:

- ✔️ Foundation bowing & damaged/shifting block removed.
- ✔️ Footing repaired in multiple areas.
- ✔️ Galvanized metal rebar installed.
- ✔️ New 8" concrete blocks layed with block lock & wall ties where block meets house framing.
- ✔️ Block cell walls filled solid with concrete.
- ✔️ Parging
- ✔️ top soil & grass seed

Crew #2 is on another 💦Foundation Waterproofing & Parging project🌧️ Never have we came across so many big Boulder's, Rock's, asphalt, concrete, chain link fence, broken shovels & all sorts of debris in a foundation excavation! Nothing we can't handle!
Our masons are in the process of repairing & waterproofing this foundation in Trenton Ontario,
After foundation was fully excavated to footings we discovered cracks all the way to the footings also damaged block in the foundation that we are currently repairing before waterproofing!!!
