Cette résidence historique en brique a été restaurée avec une attention particulière portée à l’apparence originale de sa maçonnerie. Grâce à une finition minérale claire, la façade retrouve une lecture plus uniforme et lumineuse, tout en conservant la texture, le relief et le caractère du matériau existant.
