It seems a number of our cloverbud members won't be able to attend our award meeting this Sat. We'd like the kids to be able to attend, they've out in the work and have had a fanstastic year. We've really enjoyed learning with them.

Does November 17th work better for your families? The 10th is our regularily scheduled cloverbug meeting, but we can consider re-scheduling if more kiddos can attend.

Whos excited for the 10th!

Please let me know who is planning to come, and with how many friends!

To complete your cloverbud year, either complete your booklet given to you at the first meeting (the section to draw your photo, information and what you learned about cloverbuds). If they don't have their book, a bristol board outlining their favorite 4H meeting and what they learned, or a book made and written by the child of their favorite 4H meeting and what they learned.

These will be on display from 12-3 during registration after our final cloverbug meeting from 10-11.30 and our pizza lunch from 11.30-12.

If you'd like to bring a snack for after pizza, it would be appreciated!

Feel free to invite family members and friends to the display of their accomplishments from 12-3! We're so proud of the kids and all they have learned this year.

Registration will also be 12-3 and you can re-register your kiddos then! We're still looking for volunteer leaders to run projects for kids 9+. Please send us a message if you're interested, or what your kids kight be interested in doing. Since it's these cloverbuds aging out, they will have a gand in determining what clubs are on offer. I am willing to host a craft club if theirs interest.

Thanks all!

See you Saturday at the Hoyt family and youth center!
