Kinsip Our handcrafted spirits are produced entirely on site in small batches using a custom copper still. Our tasting room is in the historic Cooper-Norton house.

Our craft distillery is located on a beautiful 80 acre farm in Prince Edward County. This ornate second empire house was built in 1874 by a wealthy Hops grower, Bert Cooper, during the County’s Barley Days. The Hops barn next to the house remains intact with it’s drying floors and brick ovens.

What a great day to pick flowers! We use local lavender in a few of products including our classic Old Tom and Juniper's Wit gins as well as our lavender lemon bitter.
