Today's blast at Modern Paving Ltd's quarry required the drilling and loading of 516 holes with nearly 70 tonnes of emulsion producing almost 200,000 tonnes of rock over 3 benches. To add to the difficulty it was tucked between powerlines, a crushing spread and a soil remediation pit. Excellent job by the whole crew on our biggest blast to date!
