Once the foundation was completed it was time to make it look like something. The engineer who provided the customer with the drawings had over looked many things and there would be alot more thinking involved then just following drawings. Along the way the customer also made various changes to the original design.

In 2019 we were contacted by this customer to add an addition to the front of the house. Unfortunately at the time we were too busy to accommodate the last minute time schedule required but stated we could add the project to the schedule for a few months down the road. Since the customer wanted it completed asap they decided to look for another company.

Fast forward to January 2022 we were contacted again by the customer asking if our schedule had opened since we had spoke last. I was then informed they had hired another contractor, provided a $9k deposit and then never heard from them again. Hearing this I knew we had to help her make this right!

So we agreed on a price, signed a contract and got the job scheduled in for late spring 2022 and started the first week of June. This is the BEFORE
