Saga of my winter. We battled leaky mold spot, ancient wallpaper improperly done drywall, bad stain, unleveled ceilings, hundreds of old heavy roll lines, walls that felt like sand, nothing caulked that should be and caulk in drywall seams where it shouldn’t be, instead of tape!!

The next project will be rejuvenating this poor thing. We just have to decide whether it's going dark with light accents or light with dark accents! It's a smaller lake home close to the curb so although the dark is great, the lighter will make it appear larger and it will visually sit better on the property. But..blue is fun and screams lake. Stay tuned.

This is a recent lake house job. The previous paint job had been very poorly done. The entire house was electric sanded, including cupboards, walls, doors and trim to remediate the problems. Fresh coats of high quality paint made all the difference. A little pop of color on the front door... and it's ready for the summer and family memories!
