Jacobson Commercial is proud to have completed the Fowler Nissan dealership in Brandon.

This project was a major undertaking, totalling 89,696 sq. ft. of finished space, and represents a significant upgrade from their previous location. It was a privilege to help bring Fowler Nissan’s vision to life, creating a modern dealership designed for both customers and staff.

Jacobson Commercial completed the expansion of Rotary Villas at Crocus Gardens in early 2025, building on a strong foundation of comfort, community, and care.

The original Rotary Villas opened in March 2015 with 108 suites, and this expansion added 47 additional suites designed to enhance both accessibility and independence for residents.

The original suites feature a kitchenette with residents enjoying three meals a day in the dining area, while the expansion suites offer a full kitchen with dinner served daily.

Thoughtfully designed for accessibility, the suites follow a circular layout, connecting the bathroom, laundry and closet space, primary bedroom, living room, and kitchen in a seamless flow.

The new addition also includes a skywalk connecting the original building to the expansion, a gym, a recreation and games room (where things have been known to get competitive with blackjack night), and a large common area featuring coffee, snacks, seating areas, and mail pickup.

For added flexibility, select suites are also available for nightly rental, making them a welcoming option for visiting families.
