A base coat of alkyd sealer/conversion primer followed by a top coat of paint, colour matched to the existing wall stain, has this century old barn looking fresh and soon ready to be used as a retail space!

Replaced the top handrail as well. Tarp covering this evening to protect from any possible rain to allow first coat of stain tomorrow.

Always prime your bare wood prior to applying your top coats. No one wants the knots to bleed through the paint, nor their white trim
