We, at Valley Sod & Landscaping, would like to thank all the wonderful folks we have served this year. Western Nova Scotia is full of beautiful communities and we have met so many great people. We love what we do and as our season closes, we wish everyone a safe and happy winter. See you in the spring!

We are ramping up for another amazing season and hope to start cutting sod around the 9th of May. Has your front walk seen better days? This one just received an overhaul. We had to replace a few of the bricks but managed to salvage a large portion of the old.

Our first project of the year included a new paver walkway and paver circle, a refurbished garden and new back lawn. We have a few more shrubs to put in but I'm so pleased I just had to post.

I worked with a client to restore his overgrown garden. I didn't measure it but it had to be 75 feet long and 20 feet deep. Every plant was growing into the next, cemented with weeds. We cut them back, removed some and relocated others. He now has a mountainous compost pile of weeds. We had a blast. No, really! Check out the before and then all our afters. Not only are we proud of our work of art, we are now good friends. I love my job.
