Helping Nature Heal (HNH) was founded in 2001 by Rosmarie Lohnes and is located in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. HNH specializes in ecological landscaping, which combines the science of ecology with the principles of landscape design to create beautiful and ecologically functional landscapes that are designed to reconnect people with the land they live on and encourage responsible stewardship. HNH als

o provides consultation services for many aspects of landscaping and gardening, including forest stewardship, erosion management, habitat creation, and edible landscaping. HNH has a social mandate to support local sustainability projects with our time and materials. We are currently involved in several community gardens and green events in Lunenburg and Queen's Counties. HNH also offers workshops on a variety of topics related to ecological gardening and landscaping. HNH's Nature Store has a large selection of native and locally adapted heritage seeds, seedlings and transplants for sale along with organic soil amendments and biodynamic calenders.

Day 3 of the SERE conference in Brest France! Our root recipes installation is coming right along! Thanks to all the participants for activating this installation with us! We explore the root textures, and types, then imagine how they connect and link below ground. When we see the fruiting bodies, the mushrooms, do we notice success in our work?
