We’ve been hard at work on a multi phase project located in Brockville. Whole project was 2 bathroom renovations, 2 media walls, repainting the upstairs of house, repainting the upstairs doors, repairing some drywall downstairs and replacing main floor transition.

Phase 1 was building a media wall

Features:

While most enjoyed their Saturday, the crew came in and stepped up big time to ensure this customers house had a refresh before sale!

This project included:
-reskirting bottom of column
-painting to match entry
-removal of vines and spores
-sanding of surface to remove stubborn spores
-1 coat of primer
-3 coats of behr marquee in the colour “broadway”
-clean up

Our team has been diligently working on a basement renovation project this week, transforming a previously underutilized space into a functional second kitchen for our client's business. What began as a straightforward sump pump repair evolved into a comprehensive basement refresh. The scope of work included enclosing the fuse panel and water shut-off within a compact closet that doubles as a pantry, reframing and installing a door to the laundry room, framing a new doorway and enclosing the staircase, removing a partition wall to enhance spatial flow, installing drywall, applying tape and mud, priming new drywall and existing paintwork for optimal adhesion, extending the countertop to the adjacent corner, installing an additional sink for handwashing, fabricating a cover plate to conceal plumbing fixtures beneath the counter, and installing a drop tile ceiling to neatly enclose water and gas lines. Furthermore, we repainted the floors, installed baseboards, and door trim. The client is set to undertake the painting phase, having expressed immense satisfaction with the outcome.
