After enough kitchen renovations, you start noticing some things.

People never regret adding more drawers. Nobody complains about having two dishwashers after hosting Thanksgiving. A custom hood always better than something from the show room. And fluted glass somehow makes every kitchen feel warmer.

These aren’t trends to us anymore. They’re features we’d happily build again.

We’re seeing growing interest in darker wood tones, natural stone alternatives, integrated technology, and kitchens that feel less like showrooms and more like lived-in spaces.

Homes will continue moving toward timeless materials, better functionality, and fewer decisions based solely on what’s popular today.
