Bringing history back to life required precision.
MarsKeel delivered a 43,000 lb custom keel for the full rebuild of SY Doris, a 78’ Herreshoff yacht originally launched in 1905. With no existing keel to reference, we engineered and cast a brand-new one from client-supplied drawings, building everything in-house.
