At Holly Springs Condo, Rooster Building Group supplied and installed new sealant alongside new metal flashings as part of the exterior repairs. The work required sections of vinyl siding to be removed and reinstated, followed by the application of a waterproofing membrane.
For this project, the caulking and sealant work formed part of a larger waterproofing assembly, helping seal exterior transitions while the flashing and membrane provided additional moisture protection. This aligns with Rooster’s broader approach to sealant renewal as part of building-envelope and waterproofing work.

At Banff Springs Hotel, Rooster Building Group completed caulking work at the lower areas of the building and the east side stairwell as part of a larger exterior repair project.

The scope also included EIFS and concrete repairs, railing work, and coating at the stair landing. Here, caulking formed part of a broader exterior maintenance approach, addressing joints while the surrounding building components were being restored. Rooster’s own project listing categorizes this work under Caulking & Firestopping.
