A huge thank you to FirstService Residential for hosting another fantastic Vendor Softball Tournament & BBQ. Despite the chilly weather, it was a great day filled with friendly competition, laughter, and the opportunity to connect with so many great industry partners.

HEAVY RAINFALL IS ON THE WAY. ARE YOU PREPARED?

Environment and Climate Change Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement for parts of Alberta, with significant rainfall expected to begin this weekend and continue into next week. Forecasts are calling for 50 to 90 mm of rain, with some areas potentially receiving more than 100 mm.

Heavy rainfall can quickly lead to flooded basements, sewer backups, water intrusion, foundation issues, and damage to both residential and commercial properties.

The good news? Raymond Okolo is on call and ready to respond.
