At Valard, we know our people are our greatest asset — on the jobsite and off it. Sometimes the people around us are struggling in ways we can't see. A simple "How are you, really?" can open the door to a conversation. Listening without judgment, checking in, and reminding someone that they matter can make more of a difference than we may ever know.

Valard crews are working across Ontario preparing utility poles for aerial broadband fiber so Internet Service Providers (ISPs) can connect communities to high-speed internet.

Our crews working in Southern, Central and Northern Ontario, are completing work varying from minor make-ready tasks to complete pole replacements. Despite challenging weather conditions, busy roadways and congested areas, our teams continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to safe and efficient project ex*****on.
