I must say, I am having way more fun with these than I thought possible. I suppose anyone who knows me would say its obvious why I want to put our name on everything. One, to claim ownership but also because my oversized ego always needs attention. Building the brand ; better by design. Tyvan Forever.

How is this for a basement rec room / man cave.

The owners of a rental propety we completely gutted wanted to improve the lacking basement without pushing the budget.

Simple answer; paint the ceiling black, floor joists and mechanical along with it. Through down some carpet & a couple walls to define the space and you have a low cost, efficient space for entertainment.

Really impressed with the finished product on this one.

To say this transformation was drastic is an understatement. You have to see it for yourself, so swipe over to see the state of this bungalow kitchen & living room before we had our way with it. This was only a portion of the project as we completely changed the floor plan of the entire house.

None of this would have been possible without the amazing team that comes standard with a Tyvan Renovation.

It has been extremely hectic up to this point in 2021. Not to say we are ungrateful, but with so much going on it leaves little wiggle room for unexpected changes and smaller jobs. One big positive this week was getting one of our flat bed trucks back on the road so our main man Spenny can tackle a lot of the running around for materials and the likes. Not sure we were as prepared for spring as other years but thats the nature of the beast when business is going as good as it's been. Just grateful for the amazing team we have ; in house and all of our amazing subs who keep the machine moving.
