This house was a rental for 15 yrs and pretty run down. Gutted inside and change a couple of walls around and added new openings for windows. Everything on the inside was replaced including wiring, plumbing, insulation and drywall. The outside was a complete redo. The footings under the garage was never tied into the foundation when they were poured the first time so the garage dropped a foot in one corner and varied depths in the other corners. We jacked the garage and supported it while new footing were properly placed and tied into the foundation under the walls. Once the footings were set, the new garage floor was poured and finished along with the new driveway and two sidewalks.
