This has been one for the books for our organization! We are nearing completion of the Aqua project in Kelowna, British Columbia. The project featured 2 towers that each had 2 elevators in them, 8 luxury townhomes with private elevators and a glass elevator on the podium deck that takes residence to hot tubs and an infinity pool. This was a major challenge for our team as there has been no project built like this before in Canada. The complexity of the build situated directly on lake Okanagan doesn't come without it's challenges. It was a pleasure seeing the attention to detail the poured into the project. Another modernization from our crews in Northern Alberta knocked out of the park!! This elevator is the only elevator in a retirement community. The clients of this community depended on this elevator immensely. This created some challenges with the down time from the modernization.

Our team in Edmonton understood the assignment and we had this elevator down for a total of 3 weeks including regulatory inspections. Schedules are always important but when the majority of riders have mobility issues they are top priority. Even with such a tight window the crew kept the quality at our high standards!! We replaced the old tank, controller, door operator, all the hall door equipment and fixtures. Bravo to the gentlemen on this project!

We had the absolute pleasure of creating an elevator that is both modern and timeless with our friends at both & . This elevator truly blends seamlessly throughout this one of a kind home. Everytime the door to the elevator cab is opened at each floor the rest of the home design spills right into it. Creating a functional piece of art in this private residence! Finishing touches of a triplex modernization for the University of Alberta. Our Edmonton team did an amazing job bringing this project to completion. We upgraded the elevator machines, door operators, cab interiors, fixtures and safeties. As a finishing touch we even slap down a logo of the University's mascot on the machine room floor......

We recently completed another beautifully executed residential glass elevator. This unit was installed in an addition added on the exterior of the home. The glass back hoistway over looks a beautiful canal system. provided a glass back cab so the clients can overlook the beautiful scenery as they ride up and down. did an amazing job supplying the flush mount glass doors on for the hoistway meeting all safety factors!

Retrofitting an elevator or lift in an existing building is always presented with some unique challenges! This client approached us to bring barrier free access to their space. Other contractors were insisting on an inclined platform lift that travels up the stairs. We always try and be more creative and find a true vertical solution. We took some measurements of the existing mezzanine and were able to fit our lift in with just a 1/4" to spare. The installation crew did a fanatic job placing this unit. Our friends absolutely nailed this custom unit in manufacturing as well!!!

We recently completed a very complex freight modernization at the University of Alberta. We took an old Otis freight and did a full replacement of the doors and gates making them automatic from manual operation. We also updated the machine and controller to bring the existing freight which was constant pressure operation to full automatic.
