Making tight spaces work for us — not against us.

Our Brokk robot got the job done at Olymel in Red Deer, where we tackled three slab sections in tight quarters that needed to be removed. Once the demo was done, we swapped out the attachment and used the bucket to dig things deeper — all in prep for a slab thickening to support a new unit being installed.

This is the kind of agility and precision that makes Brokk such a powerful part of our toolbox.

Our Brokk Demolition Robot recently tackled a caisson wall roughly 10 feet deep to expose a suspected leak in an underground water pipe at an industrial site.

We’re excited to share that Gator has been awarded the construction contract for the new Teepee Creek Fire Station!

Working with the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 and the team at Beairsto & Associates Engineering & Survey - BASE , we’ll be building an 8,000 square foot pre-engineered steel facility that includes three drive-through apparatus bays and a mezzanine level designed for training.

We’re proud to be part of a project that will help strengthen and support the community for years to come. Let’s get building!

AWARDED - Full Pool Restoration Underway

With a hard deadline to reopen for the season, we recently kicked off a pool restoration project at the Alexandra Outdoor Pool in Leduc —balancing complex site conditions and an aggressive timeline from day one.

Scope includes:
✅ Full-scale concrete restoration of the pool
✅ New waterproofing, tiling, and lining systems
✅ Replacement of two waterslides

Despite challenges like weather impacts, long-lead materials, and unforeseen surface conditions, our proactive approach—early planning, expedited procurement, and strong coordination—will ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to our high standards.

Another weekend, another solid team effort!

Last weekend, our crew tackled Phase 3 of a project at a meat packing plant, cutting and removing a few thousand square feet of failing concrete. From there, we installed insulation, set the rebar, and poured new concrete—all within a tight turnaround.

It’s jobs like these that highlight the skill, dedication, and hustle of our team. A big shoutout to everyone who made it happen!
