We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Calgary! This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient ex*****on of abatement projects. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to safety, strong organizational skills, and a passion for leading teams in high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site abatement activities, including asbestos, mould, biohazard, debris disposal, and selective demolition.
- Lead daily hazard assessments, conduct toolbox meetings, and enforce company safety policies to foster a strong safety culture.
- Organize site setup and workflow to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Provide guidance and performance feedback to crew members and temporary staff.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout each project.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in construction, remediation, or hazardous material removal.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic office software (e.g., email, document sharing).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs, moving materials, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Preferred Certifications:
- Alberta Asbestos Abatement Worker Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
