InCom's annual BBB (Bocce, BBQ & Beers) tournament was a blast, and just one way that we aim to build a culture where our people love to come to work.

We really do have the best crew - they're multi-talented, and we are so grateful for them.

Without a doubt, they are all super talented tradespeople. We feel company culture plays a vital role in our success.

May she Rest In Peace.
Since 2007, InCom's first ever electrical service van lived a good life...

She was our first, and she worked hard.
She really took us places.

From Jasper to Lethbridge, and countless places in-between.

InCom has grown to have several service vans running...
And today, 𝟭𝟲 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, we give a proud send off to our first.

PROUD MOMENT! Last Friday, Erik Thoresen won the GOLD medal in the Provincial Skills Canada Competition - Electrical Installation!

InCom indentured Erik as an apprentice earlier this year.

Contestants completed a combo of commercial and residential electrical installations, incl. wiring, and programming a motor starter and smart relay.

Erik was the ONLY competitor to achieve 100% on the troubleshooting exercise.
He finished with one of the highest scores EVER on his installation and project functionality.

We cannot say how proud we are of you, Erik. This award is only a small indication of the success your career holds.

Please help us celebrate Erik, and all award recipients for their hard work and passion for skilled trades.

All gold medal finalists will continue to compete at the 2023 Skills Canada National Competition (SCNC) in Winnipeg, MB from May 23—27, 2023.
