After years of stagnation, Gallup’s 2026 report shows employee wellbeing is finally on the rise, with the share of “thriving” workers climbing for the first time in three years. We don’t think it’s accidental. Greater clarity around flexible work policies has given employees more certainty and control, mental health conversations have made it safer to set boundaries, and organizations that invested in human-centered design are starting to see it pay off.

Workplace Mapping Drives Design

We don’t guess what a workplace needs, we ask tailored questions that inform data informed design recommendations. Before drawing a single wall for a recent wealth management client, our Workplace Mapping process worked directly with the team to better understand the real needs of the organization based on real needs not assumption. One standout: 61% join in-office meetings remotely. The takeaway? They didn’t need a bigger boardroom — they needed choice.

So the design delivered it: phone pods, bookable offices, right-sized meeting rooms, and a lounge built for how people actually take breaks. Every square foot earned its place.

Bachelor of Interior Design or equivalent professional credential

Healthcare and/or corporate design experience is considered an asset

Jessica brings a thoughtful, human-centred approach to every project, balancing creativity with strong technical coordination and collaboration. Known for her attention to detail and ability to navigate projects through multiple phases, she consistently contributes to spaces that are both functional and meaningful.

Her design philosophy is rooted in creating environments that support connection, wellbeing, and everyday experience. Jessica values collaboration throughout the design process and approaches each project with curiosity, care, and a strong understanding of how thoughtful interiors can positively shape the way people work and interact.
