We manage our projects in accordance with the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act, and our site safety standards are overseen by our corporate Construction Safety Officer. LEAR is an approved member of ContractorCheck and is therefore approved to provide Construction services to clients of ContractorCheck including some of the largest property management and development companies across the country. ContractorCheck is an independent third party Health & Safety Accreditation program for contractors who wish to supply their services to select real estate corporations in Canada. We are experienced in building to LEED standards and to Environment and Sustainable Resource Development guidelines. All our projects are brought to completion meeting Municipal, Provincial and manufacturer standards, and we are experienced in preparing Erosion and Sediment Control Plans and Environmental Construction Operations Plans for our sites, as well as Traffic Accommodation Strategy site plans. We are committed to supporting our industry and are heavily involved in community programs.
