Typically a draining toilet is a simple fix by readjusting the flapper on the inside of the reservoir, however in some cases there may be damage to the inside of the toilet mechanism. Though we would not recommend immediately replacing the toilet, Alternative Plumbing can come take a quick look, and determine the best route for you to take. If it ends up requiring a new toilet, we can also install it for you!

Primarily the main benefit on an on-demand water heater is increased efficiency of the heater translating into lower monthly energy consumption in addition to typically smaller size and saving of space, on demand water heaters are on the rise.
