🏡 A 36’ x 50’ garage with room to comfortably fit 6 full-size trucks… 🛻

Okay, who really needs parking for six full-size trucks? How about room for your daily drivers 🚗 , a golf simulator ⛳️ , the boat, a workshop, a handy dog wash 🐶 , or the ultimate man cave?

At times, mechanical rooms and garages are the last spaces to get the attention to detail they deserve. Check out this project we just completed. From the garage to the spotless mechanical room, every space was finished with the same level of care and craftsmanship. I don’t know about you, but the garage and mechanical room are always my first stops when I’m viewing a property.

We’re proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity for the second time as the primary contractor on an upcoming semi-detached home project in our community.

What makes this project special is the incredible support from local trades, suppliers, volunteers, and community members who continue to step up and make affordable homeownership possible for deserving families.

Construction starts soon, and we’re excited to be part of something that goes far beyond building houses—it’s about building stronger communities.

A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed their time, materials, and expertise. We can’t wait to share the progress as this project comes to life.

✨ We are making progress on our Ranchlands custom build. 🏠

The details are really starting to come together and the personality of this home is showing up in every space. From the exterior claddings to the interior finishes, it’s all about clean design, cool textures, and thoughtful custom touches.

The natural light in this home is incredible and really highlights all the craftsmanship that goes into a project like this.

At times the build process can feel like a long drawn out process….It’s so worth the wait! The finish line is just around the corner.

✏️ Mulder Builders – Next Project Taking Shape

Ideas are starting to come together for our next build at 87 Ranchview Way NE. Not sure if this will be the final concept just yet… sometimes the best designs still start the old-school way — with white-out and pencil sketches.

What we do know is this one is going to be a stunner.🏡 2050 sq ft reverse walk-out bungalow designed to take advantage of the views and lot layout.
