We offer panel and electrical inspection for home owners and insurance companies. Insurance companies are really cracking down on houses wired with aluminum or less than 100 amp service. Usually mid to late 1970s may have aluminum. They want to know if it's copper or aluminum and if the panel is 100 amps or bigger.
